The 'Cloisters' dotted around the Island are where the Priests who worship at the Monastery live. Admittance is only by invitation, so these views are off the track for most visitors to the island.

The Priests make their own cheeses and fresh baked bread, and also serve a very strong coffee!

From this viewpoint, the sunset is a daily spectacle not to be missed.
