September 2003 - Made a very different trip to Patmos this year following the sudden and unexpected death of Andrea Thacker (5th November 2002), my fiancée and partner of 10 years whose love for the Island of Patmos had kept us coming back year after year. Many of the photographs and text on this website are a result of Andreas hard work. The people of Patmos had always made us welcome, and we made many new friends. Tony Quinn. November 2003.
